We are the undisputed leader in the Polish fitness market. At present, we have more than 50 clubs located in 23 cities. We follow trends and news

We approach the healthy lifestyle comprehensively, that's why in the price of the subscription card we provide the care of experienced trainers along with writing out individual training plans, as well as unlimited body composition measurements and training progress monitoring on the most modern Tanita analyzer. We also encourage you to eat healthy - dietary services are available in our clubs. Additionally, you can use the services of professional personal trainers who will develop dedicated and detailed training plans and ensure their proper performance. Our trainer is at every step with his charge, motivates and asserts the regularity of the training program.

Quality is something that distinguishes us. In each club we provide the same high standard of services.
We cooperate only with the best suppliers of strength, cardio and fitness equipment. Our clubs are equipped with Cross Training cages, a functional training zone,
a modern line of strength and cardio equipment and
a free weights zone. We regularly monitor the satisfaction of our clients to constantly improve our offer. As part of the subscription card, you can use many facilities - in each club there are saunas, and in selected locations you can also use squash and badminton courts, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, salt cave with a graduation tower, and even a climbing wall.
